Recent reviews

Alicia is a wonderful therapist. She is very understanding and gently works through trauma with you, and only when you are ready. I always feel listened to and supported whenever we meet.

I had the most enlightening session with Alicia. She is highly intelligent and a very good listener. I get the most out of her when I ask or her analysis on how I'm thinking or communicating my issues. She'll break things down with me very clearly. She also is just a genuine, kind, and easy to talk to person. So glad I have her as my therapist.

I'm Alicia Wong, LPCC, and I've been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. I specialize in helping individuals manage and overcome challenges related to trauma, oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, anger, anxiety, depression, and borderline personality disorder. I'm trained in DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, and I believe strongly in meeting people where they are.

My approach is personal and flexible—I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I work closely with each client to create a treatment plan that truly fits their needs, goals, and strengths. Building trust, fostering growth, and supporting lasting change are at the heart of what I do.
