Diana has been my therapist for a couple of years now. She can’t cure my recurrent depressions, but she is so wise and comforting to talk to. Through the years I have had many therapists, some better than others, but Diana is the best by far. I refered a friend to her, and she seconds my high opinion of this warm and wonderful woman.

My intention with each client is to be warm, kind, respectful and a good listener. I endeavor to hear the unspoken heart-messages that are sometimes underneath the words. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

In just one session, Diana has made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to start BetterHelp. She offered suggestions and tips and had no issues asking the harder questions. She is a great listener, and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to send helpful resources right after our session. I’m looking forward to my future sessions with her.
I am an experienced consumer of mental health services, and I am really impressed with Diana's expertise and compassionate listening. I am so grateful for having found a therapist with her experience and skill. I feel she understands my issues and will help me develop a better, healthier life.
She doesn’t just fill my cup, she reminds me how much it can hold.
Thank You!! Your help makes my life easier and much better.
Diana Elstad is a marvelous therapist. She is genuinely interested in my welfare. I may start a session feeling miserable, but by the end of the session her understanding and compassion helps me feel better. I’ve never met a therapist with so much skill and psychological ability. I recommend her highly!
I have been seeing Ms. Diana for a year now. She’s great. She gives me resources outside of therapy and backs up everything she says with evidence (I.e. link to a website). She makes me feel important enough to do better.
She has removed all the shame and guilt that has held me down for so long. She able to address hard things with love and I cherish her.
She helps me so much. She understands me. She can stay with me in dark scary places. I have recommended her to my friends who love the way she genuinely cares . She is amazing.
Diana is just what I was hoping to find in a therapist: she is a real person, not just a facade like you get with some therapists. She gives me valuable perspective and is understanding too. She seems like a very intelligent person and I get the sensation she really cares. Also she is a good listener. She’s not hesitant to question my assumptions when she deems appropriate which is something else I was hoping for. She’s a good one!
Diana is a wonderful therapist! She is an incredible listener and offers the best support imaginable. I've been very impressed by the depth of her listening and how she expertly and gently suggests things we might discuss which I would not have thought of but which turn out to be hugely helpful. I feel very lucky to have found her!
She is the MOST amazing. It’s truly destiny .
Dianna is a great listener and provided action steps to help me move forward.
Diana is such a great listener. She is someone who makes me feel completely comfortable and as a 1st timer with BetterHelp and with therapy, that is very comforting.

Diana is a warm and wonderful person and an excellent, insightful therapist. These qualities make me feel comfortable talking to her, and better at the session’s end. I welcome the opportunity to share how much better I feel since being in therapy with her.

Only have had a few sessions with Diana so far but she has been very nice and a great listener.
Very compassionate and understanding
Diana is a great listener and is willing to talk with you anyway you want. Text, over the phone, however you want. She has been very good at breaking down what has been on my mind and coming up with plans to correct those issues.
Diana isn't just a therapist to me she feels like a close friend or a family member! Highly recommend her to anyone !
Diana has been really helpful and a great resource. Her warm and calm presence made me feel really comfortable, and she’s really helped me grow as a person.
Diana is a warm, calming presence. She really cares, and really listens. I would highly recommend her.
Diana is hands down the best therapist I have been to and I have been to a handful. Always changing because I feel the therapist either isn't listening or isn't pushing me or getting to know me better. Diana is gentle but direct. Knowledgable and caring. Her expertise on addiction and recovery have most likely saved my life. I cannot recommend her enough.
I feel like my therapist has real life experience and expertise. I can relate to her snd feel like she is on my level. I would recommend her to others❤️
Diane was pleasant, present and engaged at all times during our one hour zoom meeting. She made me fill relaxed and she was easy to talk to.
She’s been patient and understanding. It’s also very easy to talk to her and let your guard down. I’m very happy with my match.
Diana may be the best therapist I have had, ever. She is able to stay with me emotionally whether I am miserable or cheerful and joking. Since starting therapy with her I have responded well. That’s almost a miracle, since I have seen therapists for well over a decade without any improvement at all that I can see. I really like her, and I am hopeful for the first time in years that she will help me feel better.
Diana is amazing. I have been scared to try therapy, but Diana has done nothing but embrace me with open arms. She is very compassionate and nonjudgmental.
Diana is so kind & I feel so grateful to have been matched with her. Her presence is so calming, warm, & inviting.
She is a therapist I can confide in, never judgmental, always compassionate and insightful. She has enormous experience, and her style of therapy is flexible, not a cookie cutter/ one size fits all approach. When I have a comment or a question she is quick to respond. My mental health problems can be severe, but she never seems daunted. I recommend Diana highly and without reservation. I am so lucky I met her!
She is very easy to talk to. I felt instantly comfortable with.
