I have helped clients over the years that are experiencing depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, high risk pregnancies, relationship difficulties, coping with a new diagnosis of illness, adjustment to illness, coping with diabetes, caregiver stress/support, grief/loss and living with a chronic illness.
My approach to therapy is providing a supportive environment while using cognitive behavioral therapy and solution based therapy.
