I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Missouri. I am a certified child and adolescent therapist and this has provided 13 years of working with all ages of families in varying transitions. I have worked in a variety of settings utilizing individual, family, and group therapy to help clients move forward through their crisis to successful life patterns. The crisis may be death of a loved one, job loss, a missing toothpaste cap, running out of gas on the freeway, or any number of things that steamroll emotions into unpredictable happenings. I enjoy people and helping them problem solve. I believe help is best when desired as it increases engagement in the therapeutic process. I work to gain rapport and trust quickly by being up front, purposeful, and present with clients. A person’s time is valuable and we will use it as you direct to build an empowering experience. I look forward to working with you. Please let me know if there is a timeframe that works better for you. I’m flexible with earlier mornings, later evenings and weekends.

Very sweet and addressed all my concerns I’m happy I met her
Abby is the best therapist I have met. She is very considerate, and listens carefully. Gives suggestions and knows how to handle difficult emotions and complexity of thoughts. I have benefited a lot from her sessions which has instilled more belief and faith in my own self. I am more confident and accept myself in better way. She is also very supportive and has wider schedule to help people. She is a truly great human being.
Polite and laid back therapist
The BH platform still has some kinks to be worked out - I appreciate that you just give people an extra week rather than waiting for the IT issue to be resolved. There are a few misleading things that have ended up costing me some money, as well (50% my bad for not reading the fine print; 50% UX issues on your end IMO). *These have nothing to do with my experience in therapy. I would like to continue with Abbey for as long as possible. I would like it if a weekly plan was available.
She is very good at keeping involved in my happenings
Ms. Abigail is very professional. First, she assures you that only you and her are present at the moment and she's wearing a headset to make sure that nobody else would be able to hear us. Second, she listens to me and she makes me feel heard. She gives appropriate worksheets to work on and it really helps. She gives professional advice and opinions and she will really make sure that no matter how hard it is for you, she is willing to work with you no matter how long it takes just to help you heal and recover from the trauma and depression. She is also like a friend at the same time because she listens without judging you.
Abigail is a great person to open up to with no fear of judgement

Abby is a great therapist, listener, storyteller, and generally an overall excellent human being. Expect to laugh while you're digging deep. Her humor is delivered dry, so be warned. Can't recommend enough.
