My name is Dr. Kenneth Martz. I graduated with a Bachelors and Masters in Psychology from Loyola College, and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University in Virginia. I use solution-focused therapy, client-centered, cognitive therapy, and motivational interviewing, as well as my experience in a range of supportive approaches such as breathing, meditation, and related tools. I have experience working with individuals struggling with negative self-talk, low self-esteem, mood instability, addictions, challenging irrational beliefs, anxiety, stress, and more so that we can reclaim our hope and confidence in ourselves for a brighter tomorrow.
While I have a range of experiences, some of my best work is in executive coaching, based on my years of experience in clinical supervision and leadership at multiple organizations of varied sizes. With personal issues, I am highly effective in working with men with anxiety, panic, and related issues such as intimacy, addiction, and establishing personal success.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Excellent therapist
He is an amazing therapist, highly recommend.
He has been understanding and completely non judgemental and helpful in my journey to find myself
hes great!
Dr. Ken is great! I had started therapy for my first time with a random therapist that was one of the few psychologists available in my insurance network. I got almost nothing out of her and I started thinking therapy was a waste of time. Once my insurance dropped her, I stopped seeing her, and a couple months later I decided to give therapy another go with BetterHelp and Dr. Ken. NOW I completely understand how helpful Therapy can be as Dr. Ken gives me weekly goals and information to work through issues in my life. He's extremely easy to talk to and his approach is what I would describe as "granola professional." He has me thinking about creative ways to improve mental state I never considered whether it's new breathing techniques or meditation exercises and does a great job describing why those techniques are beneficial with his very clear professional experience. I highly recommend Dr Ken, he's very kind, judgement free, a great listener and a great advice giver.
Dr. Ken really helped me with some difficult life changes and taught me so much. He was able to relate to me and my life’s challenges and help me work through some tough times.
Dr. Ken’s excitement and enthusiasm radiates through the technology. I genuinely feel Dr. Ken is passionate about his work.
Dr. Ken is wonderful. He offers great tools, and after a few sessions, I was coping with life so much better.
