Hello. My name is Matt and I am a licensed psychologist with 14 years experience. My therapy style is empathic and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with compassion, sensitivity, and respect. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client centered, and emotion focused therapies. I will tailor our therapy to meet your unique and specific needs. I am honored to be a part of your journey that comes through the therapeutic process of discovery and growth. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and another Bachelor of Arts in Family & Human Development in 2001 from the University of Utah. I then received my Master of Arts in Family, Consumer, & Human Development from Utah State University in 2007. Then I completed my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Brigham Young University in 2012. I enjoy spending time with family & friends, sports, music, traveling, and the outdoors.
