ABOUT ME
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that successful outcomes depend on a strong working alliance between therapist and client. With a strong foundation in place, we can then focus on the presenting issues. My goal is to help clients acquire, practice, and reinforce coping skills for dealing with life’s challenges. To do this, I draw from a variety of clinical perspectives, including Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, Solution Focused, and Narrative therapy. I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds. I realize that in today’s busy world, scheduling during work hours can be a challenge. For that reason, I offer evening appointments as well as Saturdays.

About online counseling
Online counseling allows you to receive care from an online mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Ranging from $60 to $90 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
