I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Maryland with over 10 years of experience working with people across the lifespan. I'm also a Certified Reiki Master, Certified Yoga Instructor, and a Registered Play Therapist.

I support clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and relationship issues, and post-traumatic stress. I have specialized training in supporting trauma survivors that are ready to do the personal work to become trauma "thrivers".

My therapy style is a mix of warm, non-judgmental, and experiential. I operate from a strength-based approach, which means that I offer a supreme embrace in who you are as a WHOLE person. I like to incorporate expressive-art and mind-body based interventions in my work because "talk therapy" can only do but so much.
