Lanre is a good listener, we created a good connection and I learned a lot from him will continue to do so. He was able to speak with me without condescension, which I much appreciated. His gentle approach helped me to open up to him.

I have only met with Dr. Lanre once, but he was a better listener than past therapists I have had. I have limited experience with therapy, but I had a good experience talking to him.

Mr. Adekeye is a wonderful therapist. I'm currently experiencing a multitude of stressful issues and, he is helping me through them with his therapeutic expertise and kindness.

Lanre listened to my concerns, asked perfectly framed questions to gently nudge my perspective away from catastrophising everything and in turn increasing my anxiety. That's since helped reduce my stress and my mental health has drastically improved since then. Life has been improving since my first Session. I would not recommend another Therapist, he's a man that genuley cares about your success.
