Great Therapist!

Reviewed November 2022

He’s amazing. He’s very engaged and personable. I feel lucky to have been matched with him because it has never been easy for me to find a therapist that clicks. The he amount of progress I made in the past 6-8 weeks is beyond my expectations that’s all I gotta say!

More about John

Welcome! Thank you taking the time to learn about me! My name is John and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in a variety of settings including outpatient and in-home. This simply means that I have had experience working with a broad range and severity of clinical issues.

I have gained extensive experience helping men with issues of pornography addiction as well as sexual addiction. I've seen the damaging impact this has on families and children and am committed to helping anyone willing to help themselves to overcome this. I also have experience helping people who are struggling with issues of Anger Management, Anxiety and Depression.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I use Solution Focused Therapy as a principle treatment approach. I also apply an eclectic approach to therapy, utilizing various techniques and strategies to remove unhealthy patterns of behavior that have resulted in negative consequences.

It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you and help you achieve your goals.

I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
