Shani is patient and kind, and knows when to challenge, and also when to support. She's been my first therapist ever, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

My therapist Shani is an excellent therapist and I always feel better after sessions with her.
Great listener, empathetic and sympathetic. Easy to talk to and offers helpful suggestions.
She’s a great lady! But as someone who is as damaged as I am, a lot of the conversations feel contrived. She does an amazing job, but the level of empathy seems to be lost. It really can be hit or miss when it comes to finding the right person, and she’s AMAZING! But for me personally, we aren’t compatible.
