It’s hard when you first start talking to a new therapist. Erika has really helped me sort through some of my darkest times. I never feel judged when I’m at my most vulnerable moments and she makes you feel heard before ever giving her opinion. As for the moments I don’t feel like talking as much, she will fill the silence with warm advice on how to get through whatever my current struggle is while allowing room for my input. She’s encouraged me to pursue hobbies that I stopped doing years ago, and it’s added quality to my life again. She’s taught me how to view trauma differently and pull the good out of it. She’s professional, on time, flexible and open minded. I highly recommend Erika as a therapist.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Erika is wonderful. I feel completely comfortable opening up to her during our calls. Therapy isn’t easy but Erika helps me feel at ease. Highly recommended.
Erika has been most helpful working with me this past year.
Fantastic, really listened to
I am so grateful I was matched with Erika. She was my first therapist I was matched with, something I am also very grateful for. I was worried I would have to filter through multiple therapists to find a good match, but luckily that wasn't the case. Erika always makes me feel safe, comfortable and respected. She listens to my problems and helps me walk through challenging situations. Erika has truly made a huge impact in my life and I will forever be grateful for her guidance and kindness.
Erika has become an indispensable part of my mental health routine.
My experience with Erika was very positive. She gave me space when I needed to talk out my feelings and concrete advice and suggestions when I needed it. She is very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable.
I've only had two sessions so far. Both were extremely comfortable. She's very kind and open, very good listener. I look forward to our meetings and am very much looking forward to more sessions with her!
