Heidi has given me so many practical tools to help me to find more joy and ease in life as I go through a time of transition. I often think about her suggestions during the day and this helps me to keep a positive perspective and frame of mind. Heidi is knowledgeable about a wide range of subjects and she really listens. She has helped me to be more aware of my self-talk so that I can transform these narratives into a healthier, more positive frame of reference.
