I am a genuine and dedicated therapist with a doctorate (Ph.D.) in addiction psychology. I am also a Licensed Addictions Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor. Substance use disorders and addictions, mood disorders, nutrition and integrative medicine in mental health, LQTBQIA+ challenges, and spiritual counseling are some of my areas of expertise. I have more than 20 years of accomplished counseling, coaching, and supervising therapists. I am passionate about working with clients of all cultures in order to help them heal and grow so that they can live fulfilled and satisfying lives.

Dr. Brown has been working with me for a year now, and my life has transformed completely in a year. She is patient and gives me the space to express myself in the ways I need; she uses humor to help redirect my thought processes and anxieties. I have learned how to communicate in a way that is direct and clear, and how to set and enforce boundaries. I am so thankful for Dr. Brown and the support she has provided me.

She is the best!!!! So good that sometimes I wish could have her services all to myself. Lol but genuinely I feel seen and understood after each therapy session and I leave with practical steps to address the issue that we last discussed. She speaks to theology and physiology which as the daughter of the King is super important for me. I’m sure there’s nobody like her.

Dr Brown seems like a wonderful person. A wonderful therapist. I just need to be more consistent with my scheduled therapy session. That is not anything to do with her. That is my time scheduling.
