I'm not sure if this therapist had a full plate or not. I specifically chose them because of the specialties outlined on their profile, but not once did I feel like any of those skills were utilized. In the end they gave me BetterHelp "worksheets" and sent me on my way. There's no way I can recommend this service to any of my friends or acquaintances.
