These modalities may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. Additionally, Diane utilizes the concept of a higher power, gained from her Christian heritage which she integrates in her therapy. as appropriate and applicable.
Diane is known as an excellent listener who is caring, sensitive, and energetic. Not only does she have the necessary credentials, experience, and hours to be licensed, but she also has a lifetime of experience raising three well-adjusted sons and utilizes the wisdom gained from these experiences, which is invaluable!
