Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Aileen has helped me navigate issues I had with my stressful job and with personal relationships, and in eliminating that stress and anxiety. I am extremely grateful for her guidance and for having someone that will listen without judgement. The anger and stress I was having was leaking into my personal life and I am so grateful to be free of it. I was not aware of some of the factors that were affecting me. Now I have the tools to recognize the slow build up and stop feeling overwhelmed and out of control. The weight that has come off my shoulders is tremendous.

Aileen has been a wonderful sound board. She looks at things from a unique perspective which helps me to also slow down and look at events in my life differently. She has truly become a necessary part of my mental health journey. Thank you Aileen.

She knows me better than I do certain days! She is wonderful about offering suggestions and perspectives I do not always think about. Really enjoy our conversations. She has made a large impact on helping me to lessen my anxiety.

Reviewed April 2023

Aileen is great at making me feel heard and comfortable. From day one she made it clear we did not have to discuss anything that made me feel uneasy until I was ready. This was very comforting and relieved so much stress. She has given me new coping skills to try as well as new perspectives on issues that have helped me to become less anxious and depressed.

Aileen is so great. She is kind but firm. She has really helped me understand a lot about my work place and how I am interacting with my people around me. I have worked through a lot with her and she is a great addition to my tool box of working on myself and finding my way through my new career as well as my life.

Reviewed January 2023

She listens and doesn’t pressure me. She gives the feeling of a friend/family due to her ability to listen and help. She’s great.

Reviewed November 2022

She is very thoughtful and just gives off such an accepting vibe. I am not someone who feels very comfortable opening up, but doing so with her has been much more natural and her questions guide me to realizations about myself. Aileen is great

Thank you

Reviewed August 2022

Some of the replies she gives me I do feel are generic. But she does reply. Although, I suppose therapy is a little generic becuase its alot of self relfection and wanting you to realize the answers yourself
