Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

He is thoughtful and supportive. Glad I chose him.
I've only had two sessions but I already look forward to my weekly call with Harold!
In a few sessions with Harold, he has already provided me with many tools and skills to manage my anxiety. He listens attentively, always remembers what we talked about in previous sessions together, and genuinely cares. I have done local therapy in the past, and I have learnt more from him then from anyone else I have spoken with previously.
Great therapist, good understanding and expertise. I appreciate the help he has extended to me!
Awesome
Attentive, insightful. Good listener
Scott is so supportive and he introduced me to one of the greatest resources of my life (ACA). He is very present while maintaining a great space for me while I’m working through things. Glad I found him.
Excellent
Harold aka Scott has been a great match for me. He is authentic and compassionate when he responds- he knows when to just listen, asks great questions, and always has great insight based on studies and his expertise in his field. He see's the logic through the drama. Would HIGHLY recommend!!
I enjoy working with Harold
Harold "Scott" has been very helpful, a great listener, and understanding of my needs.
I am currently working with Scott to adjust to a lot of stress I am experiencing in my life at the moment. Scott was such a helpful, kind expert and a consummate professional in helping me through my struggles. I would recommend Scott and would definitely work with him again!
Harold is a great therapist. One aspect that stands out is his method of always listening. At least for myself having someone with experience and solutions to explain how and what I’m feeling to really helps. He’s prompt with his responses to messages and always on time for our calls. I highly recommend him.
Harold is excellent, there’s no other word to describe his work!
He is a very reliable therapist and listens and responds in a timely manner
Scott is amazing! He's very easy to talk to and doesn't pressure you into talking about things you don't want to. He's helped me a lot already and he's been my therapist for 2 months now! We always take some time to just talk about random things as well since that helps making talk about the harder things less stressful!
Scott is a very easy person to talk to. From day one, he made me feel comfortable to be able to share with him and open up n
