Strong listener and offer several options for dealing with issues.

She is so calmed and spoke truthfully. I love how she asked me questions that were not yes or no; however, they made me search deep into myself.

I’ve had a positive experience so far

The woman failed to show up for our first session. She literally just did not show up. She didn't send a message as to why she was late. I just sat in the therapy chat room waiting and she never showed up. I found it to be very unprofessional.
