Gus has been a great resource and always checks in with me even outside of scheduled sessions. He listens carefully when i speak and never made me feel judged in any way. His advice is helpful yet objective and always coming from a positive place.

I really recommend him. I’ve had a few sessions with him so far and he’s helping me really change my way of thinking. He’s very patient and understanding of what you may be enduring and slowly and gently shows a different way to go about things that are impacting your life. Negative thoughts can really eat at a person if not treated, I know from experience. He takes it One step at a time and you’ll feel the progression each session. Happy with the therapist I was given 100%

I have had 3 sessions with this therpsist so far. We have discussed bi Polar, relationships, work issues, negative thoughts and many other things. I feel respected and heard. Insightful advice and resources are offered and after three weeks I feel much closer to my goals of better mental and physical health thanks to this app and my therapist.

Had my first session with Konstantinos, I can honestly say he is a fantastic therapist. Patient, respectful, always available to chat. He uses great therapy techniques. Would recommend!
