Are you tired of running over the same old ground? Do you feel it’s time to take a break and reflect on your options?

I am an Integrative BACP registered counsellor working from home in London, UK. I offer online counselling sessions tailored to meet you where you are. My practice is guided by honesty, integrity, connection and finding your own path. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and that by offering a reflective, genuine and emphatic environment you will be best positioned to face the challenges ahead and to fully engage with the world.

As a counsellor, and a client, I have come to realise that in order for a therapeutic change to take place one needs to feel understood, accepted and genuinely cared for in the most difficult of circumstances. Empathy and connectedness form a base for a counselling relationship.

In my practice, I take the time to listen closely to your needs and tailor our sessions to meet you where you currently are. Through our work together we will move towards greater understanding of your past and its impact on your life today, this depth of work allows for greater self acceptance and more insight over the decisions you make for your future.

Integrative counselling brings together different therapeutic approaches and provides a tailored interpersonal space where appreciation of your culture plays an integral part. The sessions are also encouraged to be used creatively with storytelling, photography, music and dreams.
