I've only had a few sessions with her, but she has made me feel comfortable throughout the process. We have been tackling some dark issues that I have not been comfortable talking about for years and she has made it easy. Even when I cried so much, she made me feel better about myself, she made me feel safe in our time that we have in these sessions. I appreciate her greatly. I am only getting started with my journey of healing and improvement with her, but I feel a lot less scared of facing my problems now.

I have additional qualifications in depression, trauma, couples counselling, supervision and grief and loss. I am experienced in relationship counselling, I have worked with victims of abuse and specialise in helping people with Autism.

I use an integrated approach in therapy. My approach is client led, you make the decision. I have a warm and non judgemental style of counselling, nothing you say to me will shock me and I am always looking to make you feel stronger and ultimately happier. I tailor your sessions to meet your specific needs ensuring you meet your goals. Therapy is all about you.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.

I work Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and evening, Friday and Saturday mornings.

Debbie is an amazing therapist. She has helped me so much. She listens and helps me come up with an action plan to improve the things in my life that need changing. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Better Help needs to work on their cost structure and being compatible with American health insurance. Then it would be an amazing service. But Debbie is the best.

I've been with Deborah since last year, and have made huge realisations with my life and my past. Debbie is very warm, welcoming and open. She has a nice calm voice and I feel comfortable speaking to her. She has rearranged a couple of appointments to accommodate me which has really helped, many therapists won't do tht andyou almost feel like a "job". We are, but we don'twantto feel that way.
