Ryan has been immensely helpful to me. During a very hard time in my life Ryan gave me the tools for self-reflection that I needed. He has helped me face some uncomfortable truths, and challenged me, but this has been my own process, an aspect that I greatly appreciate. Today my mental health is much better.

Ryan has been an absolute godsend. I can't even explain how much he has helped me through the darkest part of my life, thank you so much Ryan. I don't have the words to express how grateful I am

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Reviewed September 2022

Though only having a few meeting with Ryan, his openness and willingness to help me through my grieving process has been a breath of fresh air. He is patient, kind, understanding, and acknowledges my feelings, even when I sometimes don't understand what I myself am feeling. I look forward to our sessions every week.

Reviewed September 2022

Ryan is clearly a very experienced therapist and has some great tools at his disposal for dealing with my specific issue of depression. However, my experience of his service felt very rushed and he did not dedicate enough time to my needs, both in video sessions and via the in-app messaging. It was also very hard to find any available times for sessions with him, and I felt like no care or concern was given to my individual needs and issues.

Reviewed June 2022

Ryan is a good and sensitive listener and clinician. Goals are planned and reviewed, but needs and talk are fully acknowledged by Ryan. I am very happy with therapy with him so far, even at tbis early stage.
