Crystal was and is amazing! I came to her after a personal thematic event and a long few years of professional turmoil. She helped me with coping strategies, decrease some of my anxiety, allowed me to find myself, and become grounded in my values again. My faith is so important to me and such a critical part of who I am; it was humbling to have the freedom to talk about my faith openly, without judgement, and get back to my roots. I am forever grateful to Crystal for being there for me when I needed to be most vulnerable in a judgement free zone. Thank you, Crystal!

I found Crystal after the therapist I originally matched with stopped using BetterHelp. I never even spoke to the original therapist. So I searched for someone who had expertise in anxiety and found Crystal. She almost immediately reached out to me and made me feel like she truly cares. I recently had my first session with her at it was actually very pleasant! She even checked in to see how I’m doing. I couldn’t ask for better!!
