I have over 8 years experience working with clients. I have worked with a diverse selection of people from all different walks of life which I feel has added to my learning and experience as a therapist.

I am a Integrative counsellor, Integrative therapy is an approach to treatment that involves selecting the techniques from different therapeutic orientations best suited to a client’s particular problem. By tailoring the therapy to the individual, I hope to produce the most significant effects.

I work mainly using the person centered approach combined with Psychodynamic.

I also work with mindfulness and meditation if that is something that interests you it could be incorporated to your sessions.

I started my journey with BetterHelp a few months ago and was very lucky when matched with Mia. I had been to therapy before but I never felt listened to. After around 3 months of therapy with Mia I have now ended my sessions feeling confident and equipped with the tools I need if I was to face future stress and anxiety. Her comforting and attentive advice allowed me to feel very comfortable talking about my insecurities and left me with lots of things to think and read about to help me in my process. It was so eye opening to have a professional like Mia to help me find out what steps I needed to take to gain my confidence back. I can not thank her enough for her help.

I started Betterhelp a few months ago to help me cope with my depression and attachment problems and it has been very lovely having Mia as my therapist.
