I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support and guidance I have received from Michelle in overcoming anxiety and coping with traumatic life events. I feel heard and understood in a way I never had before. Michelle's compassionate approach, combined with deep expertise, creates a safe space where I could openly discuss my fears and challenges. My therapist's practical techniques and personalized strategies have been instrumental in managing my anxiety. They introduced me to mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and breathing exercises that have made a tangible difference in my daily life. Michelle's patience and encouragement empowers me to gradually confront and conquer my fears. What truly sets my therapist apart is their genuine commitment to my well-being. They have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure I feel supported, providing valuable insights and tools that I continue to use. Thanks to their dedication, I now approach life with a newfound sense of confidence and calm. I wholeheartedly recommend my therapist to anyone seeking help with anxiety. Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I feel completely at ease with Michelle, she’s such good listener. Michelle has given me back my confidence in life that I didn’t realise I needed. I was struggling to keep up with life two young children, a husband. I will highly recommend Michelle as a therapist.
Michelle is amazing and has made a significant improvement to my mental health.
Michelle really understands the level of depressed I've been and has been really gentle with me. It is refreshing to speak to someone impartial with experience which has really helped me
Michelle has helped greatly with my struggles and has replied to me at all hours of the day. Having somebody professional like her ready to help has been a godsend for me during my difficult times.
I don’t know how to start. I think anyone would be lucky to have Michelle as their therapist. I had done therapy twice before her and each time it felt like something was missing. Now that I work with her, I know why. She is beyond helpful, caring, and present. She makes me feel like she is truly on my team and is cheering me on while providing me with helpful tools, frameworks, and exercises. She has helped me so much and I could not recommend her enough.
I have absolutely loved working with Michelle, she’s brilliant x
Michelle has been really helpful and understanding.
Michelle has been such a light in my life. This was actually my third time coming back to Betterhelp and I specifically made sure I could have Michelle again. She is an empathetic and caring listener, and my no.1 cheerleader! I always feel amazing after our video calls. Not only is she an expert in creating a safe, non-judgemental space for talk therapy, but she also tailors my homework etc to my likes and passions. I'm creative and she therefore asked me to paint and create things to express how I felt. I've done homework worksheets, painting, journalling, affirmations, EMDR and much more with Michelle! I'm so impressed with the variety of ways she can suggest exploring my emotions. I 110% recommend Michelle - and tbh, will really miss her as I take a break from therapy for a bit.
Michelle is extremely understanding and very easy to talk to - I have a lot of confidence in her knowledge, experience and expertise which comes through from first meeting - she listens very attentively and helped me understand so much and to feel much more hopeful and calm even after only a short while in counselling with her. Highly recommend Michelle.
Great therapist in the short time I have known her. Understanding, non judgemental and kind
Michelle is everything I would want in a therapist; knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly present every time we have a session. Anyone would be lucky to be matched with her on the platform and I am really happy to have her support me during my therapy process.
Michelle is brilliant: professional, knowledgeable, supportively understanding. I had a couple of months with her and felt I was in a good place, it was easy with no pressure to take a break, and now I find myself in need of help again, and I am pleased she is available to work with me. Therapy is good, and Michelle is great.
Michelle is an excellent listener and always seems to have a way for me to deal with my anxieties or worries. She has been vital to me this last year by helping me deal with a few tricky situations and working on some traumas from my past. Highly reccomend her.
I think Michelle is very good at her job as atherspist
I would recommend her to anyone. She uses a variety of techniques depending on what we discuss. She is really friendly but equally direct which is what I asked from her in our first session. She is accommodating with sessions and will even open more slots up if she doesn’t have one available which suits you. Highly recommend:)
Understands what I am seeking from therapy
I've only been matched with Michelle for 3 weeks, but even in the first week I knew I had made a good decision. Michelle supported me in engaging with the therapy process in week one. Having the one-on-one video meetings is precious and her ability to give me 'tasks' that help me gain healthy perspective has already improved my mental health, her support is feeding into me improving other aspects of my well-being, too. It took me a while to take the step into therapy, it was an impulse that I choose this BetterHelp platform, but I am thankful that I was matched with Michelle because she is helping me, gradually but realistically, move from a place of negativity and darkness into a place of positivity and light. Thank you Michelle
Michelle is brilliant, I struggle with managing my emotions and she is giving me practical advice on how to improve.
