Bernell is a wonderful therapist. After 2 failed attempts at finding a therapist, I found this amazingly gifted woman! She has listened intently to my fears, concerns, and goals. She has offered me some tools and strategies to begin processing my environment and my responsive behaviors. What I love most about her approach to helping me is that she is very supportive of me as I am learning to to show myself compassion for where/when I have fallen short of my goals or expectations, but she also challenges me to adopt new and healthy ways to hold myself accountable.
