Janis has been extremely helpful and professional in my journey to heal from all forms of betrayal and narcissistic abuse. Although, she didn’t have all the answers (she freely admits it), she understands the importance of being seen and heard without judgement or criticism. I’ve been growing a lot by counseling with her.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Janis was an awesome therapist. Although I asked for someone biblical she didn’t strictly use the Bible to address all my issues dealing with infidelity and adultery in my marriage . She was patient and allowed me to talk about situations and arrive at the interventions to solve the problem. I enjoyed every session with her. I would recommend family and friends to her.
Ms. Janis is phenomenal! She is extremely helpful in that she provides insight and helps you see a different perspective. She really helps you dig deep and get to the root of things. I would recommend her to anyone that desires a clinical and holistic approach. I like that she does not rush through topics and gives space for matters to be fully addressed.
