Jessica is very kind, and does her best to understand what I'm trying to say when I don't always even know what I'm trying to say myself. I'm not entirely sure what I'm wanting out of therapy, I just knew that I couldn't really continue going the way that I have been up to now... so with me not really having any idea of where to start and not really having any specific goals in mind... working out a helpful curriculum of sorts must have been rather difficult, but I think what we've been doing has been helpful.
