Bianca has gone above and beyond in helping me in my situation. Therapist responds in a timely manner and the App itself is amazing. The journal part is cool too especially how you can share your entries with your therapist is really cool.

Bianca is kind and will help work with you through problems other therapists might have forgotten over time. She’s patient, understanding, and knows how to make you feel like your problems are valid and won’t minimize any problem or concern you may think others will. She’s one of the best therapists I’ve ever had and absolutely the best one I’ve had experienced with on Better Help.

Bianca makes me feel heard, I feel like I am saying too much during our sessions and that it would be difficult to follow but she is an excellent listener. Really appreciate her.
