Rachael is a brilliant person to talk to, she is teaching me so much about how to better know myself and realise where my triggers are stemmed from. Also how to gain the tools to handle situations in the way I want to. Highly recommend!

Does this sound familiar?

- You feel tired and worn even when nothing “big” is happening.

- On the surface it looks like you've got it together but people don't see what's really going on inside.

- You’re caught in loops of anxious thoughts or old survival strategies that no longer work.

- You’ve done your best to move on from the past, but something still haunts you.

- You feel too much, or nothing at all - and either way, it’s exhausting.

If so, you’re not broken. You’re human. And you’re not alone.

I’m a counsellor, coach, and clinical hypnotherapist with a special focus on trauma and loss. I work with people who feel like they’ve tried everything but still carry the emotional impact of past experiences, often just below the surface.

Whether the pain is recent or long-held, together we can explore ways to help you feel more at ease in your body, safer in your relationships, and more able to trust your own inner guidance.

My background includes advanced training in trauma-focused therapy, which supports me in offering a range of approaches we can draw from together. This means we can adapt the work to what feels most helpful for you, whether that’s making space for reflection, using tools to settle your nervous system, or gently working through painful memories at your own pace.

My role is to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and accompany you on your healing journey.

We might gently explore emotional wounds from earlier relationships, patterns that began in childhood, or the aftershocks of experiences like domestic or sexual violence - always at your pace, and always with care.

Therapeutic Approach:

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs, including:

- CBT, to untangle unhelpful thought loops and behaviours

- Psychodynamic approaches – to understand where patterns began and help with healing from past events

- Mindfulness and somatic work – to gently connect with your body and inner world

- NLP and solution-focused tools – to support change in ways that feel grounded and empowering

- Neurodivergence-informed therapy – to adapt the work for autistic adults and adults with ADHD

Together, we’ll find what works for you — no one-size-fits-all methods.

You might be drawn to working with me if:

- You’re living with the aftereffects of trauma, and long for safety and healing

- You want a space where you’re deeply seen, not pathologised

- You’re open to trying different ways of working — from talking, to tools, to deeper subconscious work

Ready to Start?

If something in this feels familiar, you’re welcome to reach out. I’d be honoured to support you in whatever part of your healing journey you’re on.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I've already written this before but I am really thankful to Ms. Davies. I've already had some therapy experience but this is the first time I feel like I've found my therapist - a person who is highly professional but also very kind and caring. I have a huge progress since we are working together. Thank you, BH for making a difference.

I´ve tried therapy before, both online and offline, before being matched with Rachael, and I had no idea it could be this helpful. I´m making so much progress with literally every session. I can text Rachael any time during the week and she always makes sure to reply super fast. I never feel judged or dismissed. Very happy with the therapy I´m receiving
