Nancy gets me. She encourages me to face my truth. She has given me tools to make decisions that I have put off for years. She is helping me recognize my value.

First of all, I am truly grateful for such a caring therapist like Nancy. She exudes professionalism, but also knows how to display empathy. I appreciate her hard work in dealing with me as I have had my personal moments with grief. I feel my days are brighter. I am grateful for the encouragement and the tools Nancy has provided to keep me moving forward. While I know I am not her only client, I truly appreciate Nancy for creating a safe place for me to share.

Nancy is flexible in that she will let the client drive the questions and way the session can go. She listens extremely well.

I needed a therapist for the longest time and after doing therapy with an in person therapist who didn’t get me it was a relief to meet Nancy! She lets me message and express however and whenever I need to and that’s important to me. It’s like having a very wise friend always available! Also getting help with the everyday issues and just letting me vent when I need it. Sometimes having someone just listen is all you need. Yet she doesn’t shy away from telling me things I need to hear and be reminded of. She doesn't do it in a hurtful way but a caring way. I feel I’ve made some genuine progress since starting with Nancy and I plan to continue down this path. I’m really glad I gave online therapy a shot!
