I have been a licensed clinical social worker since 2001. My initial training was in cognitive behavioral therapy, but over the years I have become interested in other methods of treating personal and relational problems. In the last ten years, I have studied Imago relationship coaching, psychodrama and sociometry, and trauma treatment methods. I am currently certified in EMDR, a trauma treatment that is also effective in addressing anxiety and depression.
My approach to therapy is active and goal oriented. I want to help you learn new ways of responding to yourself and others so that you experience greater joy and life satisfaction.
