One of the worst people I have ever spoken to, has no care as to what you’re going through. Has no ability to see anything beyond what they want you to do. Achieve exactly the steps of what they want you to do, and don’t talk about anything they don’t know. I was going through an addiction, and even though they explicitly state they deal with addictions on their profile they said they don’t deal with that. This is an outrage that this person is allowed to do therapy on this platform and falsely advertise what they do therapy for.

As someone who is struggling to understand who I am and what's wrong with the way I think. She is wonderful, she's very good at getting me off a destructive or negative way of thinking. She doesn't force you to participate but she has a wonderful vocabulary that works its way through the fog of uncertainty. I enjoy working with her. I feel she is a good advocate for myself.
