You are the expert of your life and my job is to assist and empower you as you make positive changes in your life.
In my practice I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques and therapy modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, internal family systems therapy, mindfulness and attachment theory.
