I am so grateful for Lindsey. She acts as a sounding board to help me make sense of how I approach things. I have learned a lot by talking with her and exploring healthy ways to manage my stress. I would say that I am much better off with her help, and with so many people counting on me to hold it together, I am grateful for the support.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Lindsey is excellent, I highly recommend her.
Lindsey has helped me tremendously over the past 6 months identify and discuss elements of both childhood and adulthood trauma that I had not fully recognized before. She helps me understand my mindset and tendencies and how to move forward without shame. I still have a lot of anxieties and self-confidence issues to conquer, but I’m confident that finding Lindsey was great for my mental health moving forward.
Lindsey is everything I needed in a therapist. She listens deeply and makes me feel supported while at the same time discussing things that I fell short on. She is helping me learn how to live a healthier and happier life and I am so thankful I found her!
Lindsey is extremely knowledgeable in the field especially in the neuroscience side of things, which I am very interested in so it's very helpful for me to get her input on the things I struggle with.
Lindsey has been great helping me realize why I've been feeling how I've been feeling when I wasn't understanding, and helping me figure out ways to feel better about certain situations that have popped up.
Lindsey has been very helpful as a sounding board. I am at a transition time in my life with my kids growing up and thinking about retirement and I found myself anxious and unhappy. Lindsay is great at helping me see my alternatives and work through things I put on the back burner until they boiled over.
Lindsey is wonderful! I feel so supported by her & she’s has helped me through some really really tough moments. I can’t recommend Lindsey enough. I’m so thankful I connected with her!
She is great at listening and helping to understand the bigger picture
Amazing!
Lindsey has been an amazing sounding board and advice giver. She helps me figure myself out and, therefore, figure out how to deal with things life throws my way. Lindsey has been an amazing neutral voice to turn to when figuring things out. She is amazing!
Lindsey was excellent, very knowledgeable on a variety of issues. Helped me out a lot being able to immediately identify the causes and effects of certain behaviors. She’s a great listener and provides plenty of information and solutions to help out.
I love her she has helped me so much
Lindsey has legitimately helped me navigate through the hard seasons and moments of life. She’s so attentive and kind but also honest. I would recommend Lindsey to anyone in a heartbeat.
Lindsay is amazing, and she’s been helping me work thro a lot of childhood trauma. With a kind ear and resources to help me daily. I’m so grateful for her help.
Lindsey actually listens and gives relatable advice. She doesn't spout responses from a book....they are from the heart.
I have done therapy my whole life with several different therapists and Lindsey is by far the BEST!!! I am sooooo thankful to have this app it has been my life saver!!!
My very first session with Lyndsey was an immediate connection she helped me feel hopeful with my therapy outcome and that I can greatly overcome the reasons I seeked therapy. I am very pleased of Lindsey's therapy session style approach in that she listens but yet engages in conversation and doesn't just sit on the other end and not commenting Lindsey from day one has given me very good food for thoughts .I look forward to my weekly sessions with Lindsey to see other suggestions she will give me on this long process of my healing and overcoming the things that had leas me to this point in my life
Lindsey is absolutely gifted in her approach to therapy! She genuinely listens, provides insight and gears you up with tools to tackle those issues that have plagued me for years. I will definitely recommend her over and over again for her expertise plus caring attitude!
I absolutely ADORE Lindsey. She makes each session so personal which in my past experiences it didn’t feel that way… she sends personalized messages to me that I know she spent time writing. I can tell when I meet with her she has spent her own valuable time researching tools, resources, practices, etc specifically for my needs. She puts in so much effort and it feels so nice to finally find someone that therapy feels organic with! Forever thankful there are people like Lindsey. Ok my rant is over ;) she’s awesome.
I highly recommend her! She has been extremely helpful.
When I first talked to Lindsey I felt like I’d found a part of my tribe! Super friendly, easy to talk to and genuinely cares.
I love her this my first time having a therapist and she’s giving me all the support I’ve needed all these years
