Over this last year, he has helped me through a traumatic life experience and I owe him so much for the ways he listened, gave me things to read, shared techniques, and checked in regularly. He remembers everything I tell him, including names and incidents, and helps me to see those things in ways that contribute to improved mental health and confidence in myself. His focus on you and the areas you hope to work on are well addressed and include videos and readings about areas of therapy and psychology that I find extremely helpful. Whether you are looking to generally feel better, improve coping skills, or deal with a crisis, AJ is responsive, kind, respectful, and engaged. He's the best therapist I have ever had.

I’ve been communicating with AJ for months at this point. My life has taken a turn for the worse lately, but that doesn’t mean my mindset has to. I express my problems to AJ, and he responds with wisdom and strength and resources, etc. I have absolutely no idea what I would do without this guy. Even my worst of feelings are mended with the help of AJ. I brag about him all of the time. I couldn’t do anything without him.

With AJ as my therapist, I feel heard when I share my concerns and in the kindest way, I’m pushed to grow and address my thoughts and feelings. I feel safe to talk about my life and like I will receive the help needed when I ask for it. I appreciate it greatly.
