I have experience helping clients of all ages, including children, teens, adults, and members of the LGBTQ+ Pride Community. I also have experience treating anxiety and depression, stress, parenting issues, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, and procrastination.

Excellent listener, you feel heard. Excellent dialogue, encourages you to explore your emotions without pushing or overstepping boundaries. His experience is tangible when speaking to him. I was reluctant to start therapy because the concept of opening up to a complete stranger is not something I was comfortable with, but he makes it easy. The resources and worksheets provided are relevant and help to put thoughts on paper and give a chance for self reflection and retrospection.
