Sona is honestly amazing she makes me feel so comfortable in my sessions and lets me feel heard which is huge to me. I haven’t been to therapy in years and I feel like we are a perfect match.

Sona is a great listener and has great energy. I felt like I was catching up with an old friend, I felt safe.

Sona is fantastic. She is great at listening, responding when a response is needed and giving great feedback and guidance. I love that she's willing to point out when my actions are out of line, no matter the why I may be acting that way!

Sona is a great therapist! Very kind and attentive. She can give you the push and encouragement when you need it but she is also as equally understanding if you’re not ready for something yet. I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone safe to talk to!
