My professional experience includes providing psychotherapy and support to clients for a range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, and problems related to work, relationships, and family. I also have extensive experience supporting families and caregivers of those who are seriously mentally or physically ill, including caregivers of persons with dementia. You are the expert on YOU, and my approach is to listen closely, build a solid relationship based on acceptance and trust, and understand you for the unique individual that you are. From there we will set goals and strategies to work through problems and help you live a more fulfilling life. I use modalities including psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral psychotherapy among others. There is hope for feeling better and working through the things that are standing in your way!
