I've had one session and messaging. It went great. I was a motor mouth and she allowed me to get everything out She took notes and I asked her for some feedback based off just one session and she was spot on.

Jennifer is great! I don't think I've ever connected with a therapist so easily and felt so comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings.

Jennifer has been wonderful to work with. She listens to my concerns and keeps me focused on the goals I want to accomplish during our sessions. I have been to three other therapists and Jennifer is the only one who has given me true Christian based guidance, which is exactly what I was looking for. She has been a true blessing along my healing journey.

BetterHelp and Jennifer are awesome! She has really helped me to start managing my stress better, given me exercises and tools to do so and explored the reasons for why I feel and act the way I do. I am very happy with my experience thus far!

Jennifer is approachable, and provides a cheery but serious perspective on ways to manage conflict. She has greatly helped me with boundaries, self reliance and confidence. Jennifer provides timely responses and has a flexible schedule making it easy to connect for regular meetings and check ins in between.

Jennifer is absolutely incredible. Very warm and welcoming in the first session... all boundaries immediately fell when jumping on a call with her. She makes you feel like you're talking to a best friend. She is the first therapist I've had who has actually acknowledged my trauma instead of making me feel invalidated or like I was wrong for not understanding my feelings/trauma responses. She will hold you accountable, but will never make you feel like you're wrong for having your feelings. That was really important to me because it's something I've struggled with my entire life. I recommend Jennifer to anyone seeking help. She is incredible and you won't regret working with her.
