My sessions have been considered and understanding, allowing me to get to know Lizzie. She has helped me better understand my feelings and perceptions around these. This is new for me as it is rarely a focus in past talking treatments. It is early days in my treatment, but I have more confidence that this counselling work could open things up that have been very difficult for me for a long time.

Lizzie has been great during my sessions thus far. She has been respectful, polite, but most of all understanding, critical in a positive manner and helped explore those issues which i've been struggling with using her expertise and opinion. I have been grateful to hear her point of view, and her explanation of concepts and changing perspective has been really valuable. I look forward to our sessions and discussing sensitive subjects, as challenging and emotionally difficult they may be - Lizzie approaches them all with positive and thoughtful support.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Lizzie is very professional and makes every session feel extremely safe. She is a great listener but also offers insightful advice and tools to help.
Lizzie is an amazing therapist. She listens and understands and has really helped me to process my emotions and understand my grief. She sets useful work in between sessions to help my reflect on my feelings and connect with myself. She's been great!
The past 8 sessions with Lizzie have 100% changed my perspective on how I see challenging hurdles. Lizzie has been patient, understanding, helpful and has provided me with valuable techniques to help me through my issues. She has set me homework which has enabled me to think hard and push myself out of my comfort zone and to see things differently which I never would have seen before. Lizzie asked me questions which encouraged me to be open minded and to see things in another perspective. I have taken all of Lizzie's suggestions, techniques, thought processes and mindset on board with me and will be using this for a lifetime and I am truly grateful for her to know how much difference she has made in my life. I would highly recommend Lizzie to everyone.
Highly recommend. Lizzie helped me immensely following the death of a family member. She gave me tools that I still use to cope with anxiety and grief.
I worked with Lizzie over 6 sessions. Her style suited me perfectly. I wasn't always able to articulate at first how I was feeling but Lizzie always asked the right questions to steer the conversation and in a way that would make me see things differently. She made suggestions of techniques to try after our sessions. These were very effective and I would say the more you put in the more you get out. I feel happier and more in control of my mental health so I highly recommend Lizzie. I thought about betterhelp for over a year and so glad I eventually used it.
Lizzie listened - challenged me, and completely changed my perspective on the issue which has enabled me to deal with the situation in a much more detached manner. Many thanks.
Lizzie has been great. She understands full well when to listen and when to chime in. Would recommend to anyone.
