Gabe is very helpful in helping to break the chain of codependence and controlling yourself rather than focusing on how to fix or help others in our family. He doesn't do platitudes, but gives you the advice you need to hear and help you respond in a way that you might not normally think to do. I have found his advice very very helpful and will use some of his catch phrases for life.

Gabriel is very knowledgeable and caring. Provides great insight and recommendations. I appreciate his professionalism and expertise in the field!

I have had two sessions so far, but by far he has helped me out tremendously. He listens to what you have to say and takes time to understand you. I’ve had a couple therapist in the past and I feel like I have made more improvement in just our first two visits than the other times combined.

Gabe is kind and attentive and believes in you. He makes you want to bring your best self to the table and offers great help for looking at the other side of an issue and changing the only thing you can control: yourself. A lifetime of experience and practice of personal growth, boundary setting and social work make him very well able up answer any situation.
