Darwin is an excellent therapist; he listens to understand, initiates concepts, lets you decide to pivot in the direction you want to. He provides a warm energy to open up and be yourself. He’s consistent in providing tools for your tool belt. He’s extremely wise and intelligent. He offers insight on measurable results to therapeutic goals. He also has great aspects of his own life he pulls from - to provide you with tidbits of systematic knowledge that can give clarity to hard concepts. Personally, I tend to talk in metaphors, imagery on intellectual concepts. Darwin can really reply to that and bring me back to my emotions instead of my thoughts, or he can reply to me and engage. I really appreciate this in a therapist. If you are struggling or grappling with hard trauma, thoughts, life experiences he can really help you get back to being yourself. ALL AND ALL, Darwin is pretty fantastic!

In such a short time he has helped me, I've been able to dig deep in myself to see where certain problems arise from. His method and approach is strong and focused, the pain that will hit you while in session will subside, it's part of the process. He's the best therapist I've ever had, he really listens.
