It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Michelle is very warm, kind and easy to talk to. She shows empathy and understanding of every situation. She explains everything really well and the science behind the way we think and the way we are, which helps me have a better understanding of myself and humans in general. I am in the early stages of my therapy journey but would recommend Michelle to anyone that is thinking about taking that first step or considering changing therapists. You won’t regret it! I am looking forward to my mental health journey with Michelle as my therapist.
