I am a licensed psychotherapist based the UK. I believe that we all have been equipped with the tools needed to create a life for ourselves that we enjoy and feel proud of to lead. However, we sometimes get side-tracked and lose faith in or forget how to utilise those tools.

My role would be to work together with you to locate, tune and activate those latent resources, that will allow you to start living towards the life that you need to lead to be happy.

My interest areas are centred around stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, depression and also around trauma and the negative impact unprocessed trauma can have on us.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Peter offers me support, guidance and understanding and helps me to question myself in a gentle, supportive way that leads me to answers my own questions. There's no judgement nor a feeling that he's just going through the motions, but gives me confidence and an understanding of why I feel the ways I do. He helps me to think about the issues that affect me, and reassuringly, he helps me understand that I'm not alone in my overthinking and state of mind. My sessions with Peter always give me a boost.
