Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Overall rating:
I appreciate Jared's listening skills as well as knowledge of techniques to help me process through my unhelpful thinking patterns.
Jared has been so great to me.
This is my second time trying therapy and Jared made me feel completely comfortable about opening up during our first session. I didn’t feel awkward or embarrassed talking with him and was relieved to get so much out during that first session! He’s spot on with the worksheets and other materials he sends me. This time around, I finally feel like I can achieve a better me.
Flexible and patient listener with a great way of understanding. Uses that to give you resources to help you understand things about yourself and how you work.
