Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Overall rating:
She's awesome
She’s very attentive to my needs and allows me to speak freely and she’s also helped me realize a lot of my trauma.
Ms. Monica has been amazing. She is so insightful, and I always feel like more weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Some people don't like the idea of talking to someone they don't know, but for me, it's been healing; I appreciate not having to worry about whether the people closest to me will look at me differently or if my issues will change our relationship, so it keeps me honest. Ms. Monica makes me feel like everything I've gone through matters and that I have value.
Monica has been a tremendously positive influence for me. Her caring nature is evident in each session yet she does not shy away from pointing out what I need to work on and what I need to hear!
