Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Great therapist
Gina is an amazing therapist. She has and continues to help me through incredibly hard situations and because of her guidance I went from crisis mood 24-7 to living a more normal and happier life.
The best, most compassionate therapist I have had.
Gina is sympathetic and provides guidance to make bad situations feel hopeful. Her words of encouragement are heartfelt and gives you a different perspective which uplifts you. If she can’t answer a question she goes out of her way to find a solution. I’ve made strides in 2 weeks more than I have with my last therapist of 3 months
Gina Payne has been my therapist on betterhelp for over 12 months now. Looking back, she has helped me make bounds in my therapy treatment and has helped me unveil new perspectives, grow as a person, and learn from each session, looking forward to our next meeting every time!
Gina knows what she is doing. She listens well, is positive, and helps breakdown issues. I would definitely recommend her.
