I am a LPC in Oklahoma. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology in 2014. My clinical background is eclectic in that I have worked with all age groups, both outpatient and inpatient settings. From 2015 to 2020 I worked specifically in child, adolescent, and family counseling. From 5/2020 to current I have been focusing on the adult population 18+. My approach varies according to client need/diagnosis, but I have engaged in TBRI for children and families, attachment based interventions, CBT with a focus on empathy skills, DBT, and Behavioral therapy. I believe my role is to empower each client to utilize their strengths in coping with challenging circumstances and developing tools/skills to improve daily functioning.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

My therapist Tracy Myrick has helped me in many ways, aspects and mentally. She’s very non judgmental and honest in the way she talks with you and responds gives you every tool she can to help you navigate through life when you didn’t even realize you could. My life has also changed for the better because of her yes I did my part but it also takes someone like Tracy to really love her job and still have the compassion, empathy and experience to really be there for others and help them in any time of need they have. If I am not seeing her for my appointment I still keep in contact and so does she that really helps me out personally because of what I go through mentally is supportive to know she’s there when needed for anything she is always there! I would recommend her to anyone when I mention BetterHelp and who my therapist is. Thank you Tracy Myrick for being my support and therapist my mental state and life has changed for the better with your support ❤️
